PRE-ORDER IMPORTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by our company only.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive or inclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees.
- Speaking to the products posted on our various platforms, customers should be ready in terms of funds before placing orders.
- Payment must be made in full prior to shipment of goods, any order that is not validated by payment will be cancelled with our without any reminder.
- Any cancellations or changes to orders must be made in writing and may be subject to a restocking fee of Ghc50 due to the waste of time and other resources of the company. Any customer who refuses to pay this fee will be deleted from our database and will refuse future services to him or her.
- Delivery and shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. We only rely on our shipping lines and forwarders for updates which are then forwarded to customers every week to track their goods after the consignment sets off to destination country.
- Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 2 days of receipt, provided the goods are in their original condition and packaging.
- Our company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. Though we are in the position of delivering quality products but there are certain factors that could damage goods when delivering to customers through their preferred delivery methods.

- Our company is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by customs or import regulations in the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits, licenses, and documentation are in place for the importation of goods whereas this only applies to bulk private orders.
- Any additional costs incurred due to customs duties, taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer in reflection to shipping fees exclusive method.
- Customers are to pick up their goods within 24 to 72hrs after sorting and repackaging. Failure to pick the goods will result in daily warehousing fee of Ghc15.
- Our company reserves the right to refuse to deliver to certain countries or regions based on trade restrictions or other factors.
- All intellectual property rights related to any products, including trademarks and copyrights, remain the property of the respective owners or brand where Yshop Africa will step in to guide customers on signing declarations upon shipment.
